Return, Refund, Cancellation & Freight Damage Policy
Questions? Contact Founding Athletics at support@foundingathletics.com or +1 616 577 7968.
By placing an order with Founding Athletics, you agree to this Return, Refund, Cancellation & Freight Damage Policy, our Terms of Service, Shipping & Delivery Policy, Warranty Policy, Privacy Policy, and any product-specific terms listed on the applicable product page.
Product-specific terms may control if they differ from this general policy.
1. Cancellations Before Shipment
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund only if the cancellation request is received and confirmed in writing by our support team before the order has been submitted to the manufacturer, supplier, warehouse, or freight carrier for processing.
Because many orders are processed quickly, cancellation is not guaranteed until confirmed in writing by Founding Athletics.
If an order has already been processed, packed, staged, shipped, assigned to a freight carrier, submitted to a manufacturer, or placed into production, it may no longer qualify for cancellation and may instead be treated as a return subject to applicable shipping, restocking, storage, re-consignment, and carrier fees.
To request cancellation, contact support@foundingathletics.com immediately.
2. Custom, Made-to-Order & Special-Order Products
Custom, made-to-order, pre-order, special-order, and built-to-order products cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once production, customization, procurement, reservation, or manufacturer processing has begun.
These products are made, reserved, ordered, or customized specifically for the customer and may not be resellable.
This limitation does not apply to valid claims involving verified freight damage, manufacturer defects, incorrect items, or fulfillment errors by Founding Athletics.
If you are unsure whether a product qualifies as custom, made-to-order, special-order, pre-order, or built-to-order, contact us before placing your order.
3. Return Authorization Requirements
All returns require prior written authorization from Founding Athletics.
Customers must contact support@foundingathletics.com before returning any item.
Unauthorized returns may be:
-
Refused
-
Returned to sender at the customer’s expense
