This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to purchases made through Founding Athletics.

By placing an order, you agree to this Shipping & Delivery Policy, our Return Policy, Warranty Policy, Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and product-specific terms listed on applicable product pages.

 


 

1. Order Confirmation & Acceptance

After placing an order, customers receive an order confirmation email.

An order confirmation email means we have received the order request. It does not guarantee:

  • Product availability

  • Shipment timing

  • Manufacturer availability

  • Supplier acceptance

  • Final order acceptance

Founding Athletics reserves the right to cancel or modify orders due to inventory issues, pricing errors, supplier availability, suspected fraud, payment issues, shipping restrictions, technical errors, or other fulfillment-related limitations.

 


 

2. Product Availability & Backorders

Product availability is not guaranteed until confirmed by the manufacturer, supplier, or warehouse.

Some products may become:

  • Backordered

  • Delayed

  • Discontinued

  • Unavailable after purchase

  • Subject to supplier allocation or manufacturer delay

If this occurs, customers may be offered available options, which may include:

  • Updated timeline estimates

  • Waiting for restock

  • Selecting an alternative product

  • Store credit

  • Cancellation where available

Estimated restock dates are provided by suppliers and manufacturers and may change.

 


 

3. Processing Times

Most in-stock orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Processing timelines are estimates only and may vary depending on:

  • Product type

  • Inventory status

  • Manufacturer

  • Supplier

  • Warehouse

  • Freight scheduling

  • Holidays

  • Carrier availability

  • Payment verification

  • Fraud review

 


 

4. Delivery Estimates

All shipping and delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing.

Actual delivery timelines may vary due to:

  • Manufacturer delays

  • Supplier delays

  • Freight carrier scheduling

  • Weather

  • Holidays

  • Backorders

  • Port congestion

  • Terminal routing

  • Delivery appointment scheduling

  • Remote delivery locations

  • Events outside our reasonable control

Founding Athletics is not responsible for delays outside our reasonable control.

 


 

5. Shipping Locations

We currently ship only within the contiguous United States unless expressly approved in writing before purchase.

We do not ship to:

  • P.O. boxes

  • APO/FPO addresses

  • Freight forwarders

  • Alaska

  • Hawaii

  • U.S. territories

  • International addresses

unless expressly approved before purchase.

Some products may have additional destination restrictions based on manufacturer, carrier, product size, product weight, or delivery location.

 


 

6. Shipping & Delivery Methods

Available delivery methods vary by product, carrier, supplier, manufacturer, and destination.

Curbside Freight Delivery

Curbside freight delivery generally means delivery to the curb, driveway, or accessible exterior area at the delivery address.

Drivers are generally not required to:

  • Bring products indoors

  • Carry products upstairs

  • Assemble products

  • Remove packaging

  • Move products to a specific room

Threshold Delivery

Threshold delivery may include delivery to a porch, garage, or first dry area depending on carrier availability and property access.

Threshold delivery does not include:

  • Full room-of-choice placement

  • Full assembly

  • Installation

  • Packaging removal

  • Contractor services

White Glove Delivery

White glove delivery may include room-of-choice placement, minor assembly, and packaging removal where expressly included.

White glove delivery generally does not include:

  • Electrical work

  • Plumbing work

  • Structural modifications

  • Wall mounting

  • Contractor services

  • Sauna assembly

  • Gym equipment installation

  • Permitting

  • Removal of existing equipment

unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

 


 

7. Delivery Access & Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for confirming before purchase:

  • Product dimensions

  • Product weight

  • Delivery access

  • Doorway clearance

  • Stairway clearance

  • Elevator clearance

  • Hallway clearance

  • Gate clearance

  • Flooring requirements

  • Electrical requirements

  • Installation requirements

  • Site preparation requirements

  • Intended product compatibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring products can safely fit through:

  • Doors

  • Hallways

  • Stairways

  • Elevators

  • Gates

  • Delivery pathways

  • Rooms

  • Intended installation spaces

Additional fees may apply for:

  • Limited-access locations

  • Remote areas

  • Gated properties

  • Missed appointments

  • Redelivery attempts

  • Storage

  • Re-consignment

  • Carrier accessorial services

  • Delivery locations requiring special carrier services

Returns caused by size, fit, compatibility, delivery-access, or site-preparation issues may be treated as buyer’s remorse returns under the Return Policy.

 


 

8. Tracking Information

Tracking information is sent to the customer’s email when available.

Freight/LTL tracking updates may be delayed, limited, or unavailable during terminal routing, carrier transfer, or delivery appointment scheduling.

If tracking has not been received within 7 business days after the estimated processing window, contact support@foundingathletics.com.

 


 

9. Delivery Appointments

Some freight shipments require delivery appointments.

Customers are responsible for responding to carrier calls, emails, or scheduling requests in a timely manner.

Missed delivery appointments, failure to respond to carriers, or customer unavailability may result in storage fees, redelivery fees, re-consignment fees, or other carrier charges for which the customer may be responsible.

 


 

10. Installation Disclaimer

Unless expressly stated in writing, products do not include:

  • Installation

  • Electrical work

  • Plumbing work

  • Contractor services

  • Structural modifications

  • Wall mounting

  • Permitting

  • Removal of existing equipment

  • Full assembly

Customers are responsible for ensuring products are installed safely and in compliance with:

  • Manufacturer instructions

  • Local building codes

  • Electrical requirements

  • Applicable laws

  • Safety guidelines

Founding Athletics is not responsible for:

  • Installation costs

  • Contractor fees

  • Permit costs

  • Failed inspections

  • Property modifications

  • Improper installation

  • Customer misuse

  • Damage caused by improper installation

 


 

11. Delivery Refusals

Customers should not refuse delivery unless the shipment is severely damaged or refusal has been authorized in writing by Founding Athletics.

Unauthorized refused deliveries may be treated as buyer’s remorse returns and may incur all applicable shipping, storage, re-consignment, redelivery, carrier, and restocking fees.
